How we use it
To run the platform, process top-ups and metered billing, prevent abuse, provide support in Bangla and English, and improve reliability. Model providers process your prompts to generate responses; do not share passwords or sensitive NID/bank details in prompts.
Wallet & billing
Top-ups are stored as BDT wallet credit. Each generation shows tokens and cost before or after it runs. Unused credit stays in your wallet per the refund rules in our Terms.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time from the app or by contacting support. Deletion removes chats, files, and projects tied to your account.
